For your kind attention, here are the Client Servicing Standards recommended to the dance member clubs in the Association.
We consider such approach to client servicing to be the most effective and feasible.
Introduction of service standards of this kind will not incur investments, howeverthe club managers will have to beattentive and consistent, to establish a monitoring system and be strict in pursuing of the set tasks.
The list of the Servicing Standardsis a general and advisory document. Each of you, at your own discretion, can expand it, with reference to your own experience and to the established internal patterns of interaction with the clientele.
In any case, this material will certainly be of interest and use to you.
We shall readily respond to any of yourreasonable suggestionswith regards to enhancement of the Servicing Standards.
